This blend is an 80% Arabican mix, using Brazilian, Colombian & Vietnamese beans.

Medium roasted to give a full nutty flavour and low acidity. Rich & complex with notes of dark cocoa, walnut and woody notes. Syrupy mouthfeel with a bittersweet finish.  Omni-ground for cafetiere use
